It resets every 24 hours, so an unused scratch does not roll over — if you skip a day, that attempt is gone.

- Scratch the card to see your result immediately. There is no draw and no waiting period.
- If you win, the prize is credited to your Winbox wallet, typically within a few minutes of being verified.

Scratch and Win FAQ
Is Scratch and Win really free?
Yes. Every eligible member gets one free attempt per day with no deposit and no purchase required. The entry itself carries no cost and no wagering requirement — any conditions apply only to the prize you win, and are shown when it is awarded.
How many times can I scratch per day?
Once per account, per day. The attempt resets every 24 hours and unused scratches do not carry over to the next day. Using additional accounts to gain extra attempts breaches the terms and can result in disqualification and suspension.
Why do I need to accept the friend request?
It is how your entry is matched to your Winbox account and how prize credit is delivered. Without it there is no verified link between the scratch and your account, so any prize cannot be paid out.
How long does it take to receive a prize?
Prizes are normally credited to your Winbox wallet within a few minutes of verification. If a prize has not arrived after a reasonable wait, contact live chat with your username and the time you scratched.
Can existing members join, or is it only for new players?
Both. Unlike the welcome bonus, which is strictly one-time for new accounts, Scratch and Win is open to existing members every day. It is the one promotion that does not run out after your first deposit.
